Chef Hiro of Kitsho unveils special offerings this July

CHEF MIZUMOTO “Hiro” Masahiro of Kitsho Japanese Restaurant & Sake Bar, located inside Hotel Jen Manila, announced some special offerings for those who are looking for authentic Japanese meals this month.

Those who are celebratin­g important milestones (birthdays, anniversar­ies, wedding, baptismals, engagement­s) this July can take advantage of the restaurant’s 5+1 eatall-you-can weekend promo during lunch and dinner hours.

Guests can choose from the 30 à la carte items in the menu. While waiting for their fresh main dish or dishes to be served, they can visit the US prime beef sukiyaki station or try the miso soup, taste the assorted sushi and sashimi, and pick any of the appetizers. Delicious desserts are also waiting for the guests.

Lunch costs P1,100++ and dinner is at P1,250++, including bottomless iced tea during lunch, and bottomless iced tea and a glass of wine, beer or sake from the restaurant’s sake bar during dinner.

Moreover, for every P500 spent on meals, a customer gets a free soft serve ice cream specially crafted by chef Hiro. They can choose from these unique flavors: Wasabi, Matcha green tea, or Black sesame. The all-time favorite Vanilla flavor is also available.

For a group of 15 or more who would prefer availing the buffet on weekdays, chef Hiro said he can make a special buffet setup for them during anytime of the week as long as an advanced reservatio­n has been made.

Kitsho also offers private rooms that can be reserved for group of families, friends or colleagues. One room can be reserved for six people, provided that they will consume meals amounting to P7,000. For a bigger group, Kitsho also has a function room that can accommodat­e up to 35 persons.

Chef Hiro, who has gained 27 years of experience and talent devoted to mastering the art of Japanese cuisine, always aims to make Japanese food lovers happy.
