Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, along with members of the Lanao del Sur Provincial Crisis Management Committee and local and foreign media, step foot on Aug. 30 in parts of Marawi City that took a heavy toll from the fighting between government troops and the Islamic State-inspired Maute terror group.
