3rd Philippine Junior Finance and Investment Summit set
THE CHARTERED Financial Analyst Society of the Philippines, the leading organization that promotes the highest ethical standards and professional excellence within the investment community, is all set for the third Philippine Junior Finance and Investment Summit (PJFIS) on Sept. 23 at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
With the theme, “Acquiring Skills for Future Success,” the one-day conference and exhibition is designed for students and young professionals who want to advance their personal career and financial wellness.
CFA Society Philippines has lined up some of the most respected names in the international investment scene.
Speakers include Andrew Stotz, CFA president, CFA Society Thailand for three years and an award-winning stock market analyst with 20 years of experience at various investment banks; Rosalia de Leon, treasurer of the Philippines (Bureau of Treasury, Department of Finance); Neil Govier, CFA, head, Education Asia Pacific (CFA Institute); April Tan, CFA vice-president and head of Research (COL Financial Group, Inc.); Robert Stammers, CFA director of Investor Engagement on the Future of Finance (CFA Institute); Mark Yu, CFA president (Retail) and CIO (SEAOIL Philippines, Inc.; Mark Ilao, CFA Business Development officer (COL Financial Group, Inc.); Ronilo Balbleran, vice-president for Operation (Research Education and Institutional Development (REID) Foundation); and Edmund Lee, CFA president and CEO (Caylum Tracing Institute).
