DMCI Homes to turn over Zinnia’s South Tower units in December
DMCI Homes is set to turn over units at the South Tower of its Zinnia Towers development in North EDSA, Quezon City by December.
In a statement, the residential unit of DMCI Holdings, Inc. said the turnover of the 45-storey South Tower marks the completion of the 1.9-hectare residential condominium development.
Construction of the 40- level North Tower was finished in May 2016, and currently has 60% occupancy rate.
Zinnia Towers has a total of 1,842 residential units. DMCI Homes allotted 70% of its land area to open spaces and amenities such as pool, gazebo, playground and garden trails.
“We always aim to go beyond the expectations of our clients to ensure the best living experience in all our developments,” DMCI Homes President Alfredo R. Austria was quoted as saying in a statement.
Zinnia Towers is located within around four kilometers of SM North EDSA, TriNoma Mall, East Avenue Medical Center and other nearby medical institutions, and Manila Central University. It is also near the Light Rail Transit 1 train system and the underconstruction Skyway Stage 3 which will connect Makati City to Balintawak in Quezon City.
DMCI Homes booked a net income of P1.76 billion for the first half of 2017, 71% higher than the P1.03 billion recorded during the same period last year. In August, the company also said that it had achieved its full-year reservation sales target after generating P26.2 billion from the sale of 6,206 residential units and 3,743 parking units.
Shares for parent company DMCI Holdings, Inc. went down by P0.10 or 0.63% to close at P15.70. —
