Bridgepointe Place in San Fernando bares features

-

THE CITY of San Fernando in Pampanga bagged second place in the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index for 2017 of the National Competitiveness Council.

Even prior to such accolade, P. A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation ( P. A. Properties) has already tapped into the potentials of the city through developing the 33-hectare real estate enclave, the Bridgepointe Place.

Bridgepointe Place, located in Brgy. Del Rosario, benefits from the advantage of San Fernando as a growing agro- industrial- commercial metropolis located within the Manila Clark-Subic Economic Triangle.

The Tourism Convergence Road traverses to Bridgepointe Place in Brgy. Del Rosario, thus it is now easier for the locals and tourists to visit San Fernando and see and feel what it has to offer.

Employment opportunities are present in the area as San Fernando is also known for manufacturing, with various big-named companies holding regional offices and operations here.

The city is also a thriving site for commerce and trade. As a retail hub, it has Waltermart and SM City Pampanga — both conveniently located for those living in BridgePointe Place.

Bridgepointe Place, which is about 11 kilometers from Angeles City, is also near commercial, entertainment, and retail establishments. The real estate project is also accessible to health centers and hospitals, and educational institutions are located within the 5-kilometer radius. The first-class component city is also home to four TV stations; two radio stations; and five local newspapers.

Government and military agencies also located their regional offices in the city. Bridgepointe Place will also be accessible to the future site of the city government’s selected satellite offices like the Office of the Senior Citizens and the Disaster Risk Management; a sports complex, and a city park.
