Soaring to greater heights together: J.VAZ.CO. and Xingyi
Two are better than one, as they say. In doing business, the president of J.VAZ.CO., Junjie Vazquez, believes in the constant need to be better in order to address the ever- growing demands of the concrete polishing industry. Constant growth in knowledge, technology, and finding a strong alliance that shares the same objectives and value systems are definitely the musthaves to be truly successful in the market.
As the pioneer and proponent of the concrete polishing system in the Philippines, J.VAZ.CO. needs to give the most efficient and advanced services to maintain its business leadership. To be able to do so, Junjie went to China to search for a good supplier for his floor polishing machines. He met with other manufacturers, but decided to get his machines from Xingyi Polishing Machine Company Ltd. because of the sincerity and the passion he saw from its owner, Mr. Gen Yi. The China- based manufacturer and supplier carries a wide range of products, like various floor grinding and polishing machines, industrial vacuum cleaning machines, a complete range of abrasive tools, and the new laser screeding machine for the advancement in the flooring industry.
But there was something more beyond products and industry expertise. Junjie and Mr. Yi realized that each shared parallel life histories that would propel them to be champions in their industry. Their shared ideas and goals would come forth to form a strong and lasting friendship between businesses.
Mr. Yi had lost his parents at a young age and was forced to work early in life as a professional floor carer. As lowly as his job may seem, he persisted, never stopping to improve and do what is right. His diligence and great attention to detail gradually earned his customers’ trust, which later on grew to more referrals from big companies. As he became increasingly sought after, he ventured into his own floor care business. In 1999, he created Xingyi to produce his own machines to meet his company’s needs. Today, as Xingyi continues its development of new machines and equipment, it has gained global recognition as its machines are now being used throughout 106 countries.
Meanwhile, as a young man, Junjie helped his father in the gravel and sand industry. As the Vazquez clan was already known in the construction industry, he got exposed to the needs of the market at an early age. As he grew older, he decided to look for a new business venture for himself and found polished concrete.
His great fascination for this new system and technology has led to the creation of J.VAZ.CO., the pioneer and leading concrete polishing company in the Philippines. Throughout the trials he has faced in the industry, he has always pursued preserving clients’ trust and confidence by delivering what is right from start to finish, using the knowledge and skills he has learned over the years.
As J.VAZ.CO. grew, it decided to purchase its machines from Xing Yi. Being exposed to machines and mechanical equipment at an early age, Junjie was confident in purchasing these machines from Xing Yi as he very well understood how machines function and how to repair them. True to his assumption, J.VAZ.CO. never had any major problem with its Xingyi machines, which have proven to be very durable and efficient. Not to mention Xingyi’s very reasonable price compared to its counterpart in the western world.
As their partnership grew stronger, Junjie attested that his relationship with Xingyi was not just of business partners but as family. This brought about the birth of a new idea – a new opportunity. With the renewal of investments between J.VAZ. CO. and Xingyi last August 2017, the solid alliance between the two companies brought forth the birth of FLOORSTONE INC., a subsidiary of J.VAZ.CO. here in the Philippines.
