Hearty Christmas meals await at RWM

This Christmas, Resorts World Manila (RWM) adds a dash of culinary magic to the Yuletide season with delightful holiday sets and specials at its signature fine dining restaurant­s.

French fine dining restaurant Impression­s presents diners with Christmas Special – a succulent symphony of the divine French dishes. The elegant four-course set menu features premium selections including Pork Terrine with Cherry Compote, Spiced Pumpkin Soup with Fennel, Sage Cracker and Foie Gras Mousse, Braised Beef Brisket and Mushroom Gratin. Dessert is a festive Raspberry Panna Cotta with Red Crumble, Raspberry Spiced Ganache, Coconut Lady Finger, and White Chocolate Vodka Ice Cream.

Impression­s’ Christmas Special Set is a creation of Chef Cyrille Soenen, Director of Culinary Arts for RWM and the first and only Master Chef of France in the Philippine­s. It will only be available for dinner on December 23 and 25, and for lunch and dinner on Christmas Eve.

Cap off 2017 with Cheers to the New Year, another four-course meal by Chef Cyrille and his team at Impression­s. The sophistica­ted set which includes Squid Ink and Salmon Tortellini is balanced with elements of comfort food such as Creamy Corn Soup with Crisp Lardons, Smoked Cheddar Toast and Crème Fraiche, Roasted Pork Belly with Sweet Potato Mash, Pork Jus and Truffle Cream Sauce, and a Baked Alaska for dessert.

Cheers to the New Year will only be available for lunch and dinner on New Year’s Eve and for dinner on January 1-3, 2018.

Over at Passion, RWM’s signature Chinese restaurant, indulge in Season’s Banquet, the perfect feast for groups of five or more. The delectable set of choice Cantonese delights includes Braised Crabsticks, Crispy Bean Curd Special Salad, Deep-fried Golden Shrimp Paste Cake, and Braised Stuffed Live Lapu-Lapu. Season’s Banquet is available for both lunch and dinner for the entire month of December.

For those who need a healthier alternativ­e to the usual holiday dining, the Tuna Roulade by Japanese-Korean restaurant Ginzadon is refreshing­ly light but packed with flavors and textures that won’t make you feel deprived during this season of indulgence. The Tuna Roulade is available daily this month only from 11AM up to 12MN.

Café Maxims, RWM’s signature brasserie, offers the perfect way to take home or to share the season’s thrills with its Christmas Gifts and Hampers selection. Elegantly packaged and expertly prepared by the Café Maxims team, led by Chef Cyrille, every set is sure to warm hearts and delight the senses.

The Savory Specials sets are sure to make the Noche Buena feast a truly elegant affair with choices such as the Pinoy Porchetta, the Festive Turkey, the Premium Corned Beef, and the Roast Beef Delight which has a perfectly roasted slab of USDA top sirloin beef. Each hamper is good for 10 persons and comes with complement­ary starters and sidings, and a Christmas pudding for dessert.

Now more than ever, this season of giving serves as the opportune time to sample LOVE Dish—the perfect way to enjoy a good meal while giving back to the community. Available until December 31, 2017, LOVE Dish features seven celebritie­s and influencer­s who are into culinary arts donated a special recipe. In collaborat­ion with the F&B team, Chef Donita Rose, Chef Luigi Muhlach, Dimples Romana, Meg Imperial, Mark Baustista, Stephanie Zubiri-Crespi, and Sam Oh created the first LOVE Dishes that are offered in various RWM signature restaurant­s.
