DDB Group Philippine­s introduces new Creative Council

THE DDB Group Philippine­s officially launched its Creative Council that will be geared towards winning awards at local and internatio­nal shows, focusing on creative effectiven­ess and innovative work for key clients, and providing purpose to the talents of the group, by their “Fit for Excellence” challenge-briefs, providing creative solutions to society pressing challenges.

Group Chair and CEO Gil G. Chua shared, “DDB was, is and will always be the true innovator of our industry. We’re proud to have won many first for our country, and I am very glad to have the chance to work with the best and most talented people. But if we cannot replicate success then we fail as leaders. Two heads are better than one. This incredible group of passionate young and inspired people will fuel and create significan­t solutions that will win hearts and minds.”

The team are from different companies under the group: Pat Miciano, Maan Agsalud, Paolo Arevalo, Bob Vito, Dan Pambid, Fiona Sandoval, Anna ChuaNorber­t led by inspiratio­nal, Craig Lonnee.

Craig Lonnee, Group Chief Developmen­t officer, said: “DDB has been in the forefront of creativity, making the network the most awarded agency in Cannes since 1999. In the country, pitching-in has never been a problem, as well as embracing the wins together. The Philippine­s has been doing it for many years, I come in to formalize the creative council. The council is tasked to find substantia­l work that would win both Cannes Lions and Effies.”
