Snapcart starts the year with two strategic appointments
SNAPCART, the real-time offline shopper and consumer insights start-up, who recently closed series A funding with $10 million, has announced the appointment of Soon Lee Lim as chief revenue officer for Asia Pacific, and Raymond Ajon as country sales & operations director for Philippines.
Having a career spanning 17 years in the consumer analytics industry, Soon Lee Lim is highly accomplished as she held country head roles in Southeast Asia for top Market Research companies such as Nielsen, Kantar Worldpanel, and Yougov. She will continue to further drive the company’s revenue performance as it aims to target fivefold increase in its revenue from last year.
Before his recent appointment, Mr. Ajon aggressively spearheaded the Business Development team of Snapcart quadrupling the revenue in 2017 while serving as the VP of Operations for Philippines. He led the team in executing branding efforts and developed robust sales and marketing strategies targeting clients, that optimized revenues. With his 15 years-experience in the market research industry, he earned the trust and respect of big brands from different industries.
With the recent series A funding, this reflects the confidence of investors in the company. For Snapcart, this means a lot in terms of being able to bring onboard key expert talents in the industry and expand quickly not just in Southeast Asia but across other regions as well.
