Aeternitas Memorial Chapels and Columbarium bared

-

ETERNAL BRIGHT Sanctuary, Inc. ( EBSI) announced that it has undertaken the construction of a new memorial facility at the heart of Metro Manila, the Aeternitas Memorial Chapels and Columbarium. The turnover of the facility is expected to begin on July 2019.

Conveniently located in Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City beside St. Peter’s Shrine of Leaders and between the proposed Don Antonio and Batasan Stations of the MRT Line 7, the ninestorey development will have more than 45,000 niches for cinerary remains. Each of its 15 premiere memorial chapels and 2 grand memorial chapels will have access to telephone, cable and Internet.

Aeternitas will have six passenger lifts, over 200 parking spaces and a centralized air-conditioning system for the comfort and convenience of visitors. A 24/7 security with CCTV in all common areas and sufficient emergency services are also available in the building for everyone’s safety.

According to Van Lopez, marketing director of EBSI, unlike the general real estate market, memorial spaces consistently increase value over time and are not easily devalued. Its prime location, Commonwealth Avenue, is also another plus factor. Lopez is confident the valuation of the investment will steadily increase with time.

Investors are also covered by a no cost credit life insurance while paying for the columbarium vaults to make sure that investors are covered in cases of unforeseen circumstances.

Aeternitas offers competitive packages and flexible payment schemes tailor-fit to individual needs.

The building was conceptualized by Architect Yolanda Reyes, current Philippine Regulatory Commissioner and Principal Architect, of RLR77 Architectural Design, Planning and Consulting Services. She designed the Aeternum Park Estate in Columbary in the posh Bonifacio Global City and provided the Master Development Plan of Colegio de San Juan de Letran in Bataan, San Sebastian Recoletos in Laguna. The firm also designed the Caleruega Retreat House in Batangas which won the 1996 Design Award for Excellence in Architecture.

The project was awarded to Metro Stonerich Corporation is an ISO 90 01:2008 certified service company specializing in engineering, construction and project development. Over the years, it has worked with the leading architects and construction managers to consistently deliver projects in accordance with specifications and owner-driven concerns.
