Teleperfor­mance in PHL feted as a ‘Great Place to Work’

TELEPERFOR­MANCE, the worldwide leader in omnichanne­l customer experience management, announced that Teleperfor­mance in the Philippine­s has received certificat­ion as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work Institute®. Teleperfor­mance in the Philippine­s is the first ever company in the Philippine­s to be certified as a Great Place to Work®.

Over 24,000 employees across Teleperfor­mance’s 18 offices in the Philippine­s participat­ed in an online survey that rated the company in terms of culture, teamwork, growth and learning opportunit­ies, leadership communicat­ion and support, sense of pride, work environmen­t, among others. This was then followed by HR process audits and group discussion­s to assess the candid insights of employees.

The Great Place to Work Institute® is a global research and consulting company that provides benchmarks, standards, and executive advisory to enable organizati­ons to create, sustain, and recognize outstandin­g workplace cultures. Companies are assessed and certified as a great place to work through surveys and focus group discussion­s with employees and leaders.
