Aigle Philippines unveils MACADAMES rubber boots

MASTER rubber craftsman Aigle, known for their handmade in France rubber boots, has a fresh new take on the iconic look that the brand was built upon. This season, they get rebellious with their latest style called the MACADAMES.

A new design and new look for Aigle’s handmade in France rubber boots, the MACADAMES is a little bit of Parisian elegance and a little bit of rock n’ roll. Coined as “The Wild Boots,” these boots go beyond the traditional rain boots with their double straps and matte metal buckles. They’re the perfect accessory for urban-minded women in the Philippines who want the je ne sais quoi that takes the world by storm.

Styled after leather boots, the MACADAMES is boldly urban with its elegant and rock- inspired details. Each style has a discrete notched sole, patterned welt, outer reinforcements, and detachable ankle straps to vary the look. Look trés chic with these boots and add a little fl avor to your current wardrobe.

Aigle, master rubber craftsman, is known for handmaking rubber boots since 1853. As of late, 4,000 pairs of boots are produced daily at their production plant in Châtellerault, France, the MACADAMES included. The rubber boots are built to last, as each pair undergoes rigorous testing for waterproofness, abrasion, grip, and wear-and-tear. Each pair is made from 100% rubber and is handcrafted by artisans who have mastered all 60 grueling steps of boot manufacturing.

The MACADAMES is now available at Aigle’s maison famille or family house in the Philippines at Uptown Mall, Ayala Malls Vertis North and the newly opened store at The Podium.
