Avon Philippines celebrates 40 years in business

-

FOR 40 years, Avon Philippines has brought beauty and empowerment to the doorsteps of many Filipinas, and at the heart of this journey has always been the representatives. Today, powered by hundreds of thousands of representatives all over the Philippines, Avon continues to be the number one direct selling beauty company.

The company for women recently kicked off its celebration of 40 successful years in the country with its annual Sales Leaders Congress and National Sales Convention. At a business symposium called “Avon: The Next 40,” Avon’s General Manager Razvan Diratian shared how representatives continue to be integral to the company’s success. “I’d like to thank you and congratulate you that you are part of this dream and this history and also of our future,” he said.

“40 years is a milestone,” added Avon’s Executive Director of Sales Raffy Lim. “It is a lifetime of service, love and dedication to your reps and downlines, and to your business. Maraming maraming pinagdaanan si Avon Philippines, but the people in this room represent the success of Avon. Without you, we are nothing,”

Award-winning journalist Kara David and prominent motivational speaker Francis Kong gave stirring messages of encouragement, pushing representatives to redefine success and to make the best out of life by standing up for their own dreams and helping others do the same.

The forum was followed by a recognition and fellowship night called “Avon Reigns at 40,” where the company recognized the hard work of outstanding sales leaders with the Executive Awards and Sales Force Awards. Adding excitement to the festivities were the appearances of celebrities like Jonalyn Viray, Luis Manzano, Erik Santos, and Jericho Rosales. The Sabado Boys led by Jimmy Bondoc also jammed with Avon’s representatives and kept spirits high with their rousing performances.
