PETA brings back for a 6th run until Sept. 2. The musical, featuring the music of the jukebox band Aegis, tells the tale of a perpetuall­y flooded barangay and how its inhabitant­s adapt. This Saturday it is the turn of Eugene Evasco, author of about a retired librarian who, instead of cataloguin­g books, catalogs cats. There will also be two mini-talks about cats — how one person’s life changed because of her cat, and some tips and instructio­ns on how to take that perfect picture to “cattify” one’s social media. There will also be a book reading by a fast-rising young storytelle­r for kids. The exhibit runs until July 27 at the first and third floors of the Vargas Museum. Sony Fit Fest

THE SONY Channel invites everyone to its first workout party, the Sony Fit Fest, which will showcase how an active and healthy lifestyle is fun. The event will be held at SMX Aura Convention Center on July 7, 1 to 8 p.m. There will be glow-inthe-dark yoga, Zumba, Mixed Martial Arts, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes alternatin­g with a series of surprise exercise challenges.
