BSP Governor attends unveiling of Rizal bust in Prague

BSP Governor Nestor A. Espenilla, Jr. (left) attended the unveiling of the bust of Dr. Jose Rizal at the Czech National Bank, the central bank in Prague, Czech Republic on June 25 together with his wife, Mrs. Teresita Espenilla. The Philippine national hero formed a lifelong friendship with the Tagalog scholar Ferdinand Blumentritt, who was once a professor in the Litoměřice, located northwest of Prague.
