The extensive list of wines includes the herbal and fruity Waterfalls Road Eddy Sauvignon blanc, the premium Clarendell­e by Haut Brion Bordeaux; the delicate Anna Codorniu Rosé, the dessert wine Cosecheros Y Criadores Infinitus and the Eclat de Rosé Perlant. For a momentous occasion, the Dom Perignon is ready for the party.

Available in the menu is the well-loved Gambas Al Jillo of plump sustainabl­e prawn pieces envel- oped in velvety rich sauce of garlic, butter and white wine, finished off with paprika and pepper flakes for a good hint of spice priced only at P360 net; the comforting yet flavorful Galician Style Chicken Empanada stuffed with marinated chicken, herbs and aromatics married with olives and peppers for only P280 net; and the ultimate bar nibble, the deep-fried savory Bitter Ballen made from imported veal meat mixed with parsley and onion at P280 net.
