IN ITS commitment to provide genuine and hassle-free premium services to its customers, Power Mac Center’s Apple Authorized Service Provider is introducing lowered service repair rates and enhanced service offerings.

Customers with Apple devices for repair can take advantage of the lowered fees for both initial diagnosis and software repair services, and save up to P500. Customers who need to get their iPhone or iPad (iOS) devices fixed can avail of the Software Repair Services for only P800, with the fee for initial diagnosis at a minimum of P1,000. Meanwhile, users with Mac and portable devices can have the software fixed for only P2,000, with a minimum of P2,500 for the initial diagnosis fee.

The new rates will be available in all Power Mac Center Service Providers nationwide.

“Power Mac Center is committed to provide customer-focused service across all channels, be it our retail, training, and especially our service centers. We value our customers’ trust and always strive to provide them the best quality of repair from our experienced service team,” said Joey Alvarez, Power Mac Center director of Product Management and Marketing.

Additionally, the premier Apple partner also now offers enhanced Mail-In Service with its door-to-door option. This means that customers can have their Apple devices conveniently picked up at their preferred location and delivered after being repaired.

Customers just have to call the Power Mac Center Customer Service Hotline at (02) 725-4762 (4PMC) to be guided on the service process, fees, and documents to settle. Once validated, an accredited courier will pick up the device and send it to a Service Center. After the repair process, the accredited courier will deliver the Apple product back to the customer’s location. This enhanced service offering is available at all their Service Centers excluding Cagayan de Oro and Iloilo City.

The Drop Off Option is also still available. Customers have the option to drop off their Apple devices at the nearest accredited courier branch after proper phone evaluation. They will then be notified once the unit is ready for pick up from the original drop-off point.
