ABS-CBN, S+A lay down NBA games for the holidays
LOCAL National Basketball Association fans out to have their steady fare of games during the holidays can have them by way of ABS-CBN S+A and ABS-CBN which have lined up every day games starting this weekend.
In an announcement released by the group, the December marathon airing of games starts on Friday, Dec. 14, with LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers visiting reigning league most valuable player James Harden and the Houston Rockets. It will be aired live over S+A at 9 a.m.
On Dec. 15, the featured game will between the Washington Wizards and the Brooklyn Nets live at 8 a.m. on ABS-CBN while the following the day will have the Minnesota Timberwolves taking on the Phoenix Suns on S+A.
The next day, Dec. 17, features the battle of Eastern Conference top seed Toronto Raptors and Kawhi Leonard and the West’s number three squad Denver Nuggets, led by stars Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic.
On Dec. 18 it will be the San Antonio Spurs versus the Philadelphia 76ers, followed by the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Indiana Pacers and the Memphis Grizzlies vs. the Portland Trailblazers on Dec. 19 and 20, respectively.
Super rookie Luka Doncic then leads his Dallas Mavericks in their battle against the Los Angeles Clippers on Dec 21 at 11:30 am on S+A, followed by the Atlanta Hawks-New York Knicks encounter on ABS-CBN on Dec. 22.
The showdown of Eastern Conference top teams in Toronto and Philadelphia will be featured on Dec. 23 at 8:30 a.m. on S+A.
Minnesota and the Oklahoma City Thunder, meanwhile, do battle on Dec. 24 on S+A.
The center piece Christmas matchup between the Lakers and the defending champions Golden State Warriors will be aired live on S+A on Dec. 26 at 9 a.m.
The marathon offering continues until the end of December with Toronto versus Miami, Boston against Houston, Detroit vs. Indiana, Golden State against Portland, and finally the Sacramento Kings versus Lakers on Dec. 31. All will be on S+A.
