CCIP unveils new leadership for 2024

THE CHAMBER of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippine­s, Inc. (CCIP) has unveiled its newest Board of Trustees for 2024. As the organizati­on gears up for its 50th anniversar­y in February, this dynamic team brings a wealth of experience and a shared vision for elevating the Philippine cosmetics industry to even greater heights.

Taking the lead as President is Christine Michelle Reyes of Amway Philippine­s, LLC. An industry veteran with a deep understand­ing of the market, Ms. Reyes is honored to steer CCIP through its golden year.

“With advancemen­ts in beauty science, safety regulation­s, and a booming wellness market, CCIP will continue to play an integral role in driving the success and sustainabi­lity of the Philippine cosmetics industry,” she stated.

Meanhwile, Maricar Lopez of Connell Brothers Company Philippine­s assumes the role of Secretary, while Monina Leslie Ferrer of Snoe Beaute Produits, Inc. takes on the responsibi­lity of Treasurer.

Spearheadi­ng external affairs is Jenny Rose Nunez of Diversey Philippine­s, Inc., leading a team of talented vice-presidents: Denice Sy of Ever Bilena Cosmetics, Inc. (VP of Informatio­n & Public Affairs); Dr. Janina Tan of Jradiance Corp. (VP of Trade & Industry); Shirley Cayago of Splash Corp. (VP of Profession­al Developmen­t & Education); Rachel Mansano of UL Skin Sciences, Inc. (VP of Government & Regulatory Affairs); and Linda Yu of Amchem Marketing, Inc. (VP of Corporate Social Responsibi­lity)

Jacqueline Lim of First Asia Manufactur­ing Corp. leads internal affairs, supported by her own strong team: William Gilbert Mateo of Accord Internatio­nal Inc. (VP of Membership); Diego Jamie Buenaflor of Vivanti Executive Advantage, Inc. (VP of Programs); Normando Damilig of Npack Inc. (VP of Sports & Recreation); Dennis Ladia of Environatu­ral Corp. (VP of Ways & Means); and Camille Buenaventu­ra of Suarez Metaplus Industries, Inc. (VP of Special Projects).

As CCIP enters its 50th year, this fresh infusion of expertise signals a renewed commitment to its founding vision: to propel the Philippine cosmetics industry into a pivotal force for economic growth, developmen­t, and enhanced quality of life.

CCIP has an active membership network of over 180 cosmetics companies in the Philippine­s; ranging from brand owners, distributo­rs, traders, manufactur­ers, raw materials suppliers, packaging, labeling and equipment suppliers, among other allied services in the industry.
