ALE ties up with Alpha-3 to hasten PHL digital shift

FRENCH software firm Alcatel-lucent Enterprise (ALE) has tied up with the newly establishe­d Alpha-3 Technologi­es Inc. in the Philippine­s to help digitalize remote and underserve­d areas in the country.

The latter is an alliance of private companies, including UCAAS Sdn Bhd (Ulap), Trends & Technologi­es, and GBU Biz Internatio­nal Holdings Company. Alpha-3 Technologi­es will utilize each partner's strengths in advanced technologi­es, business solutions, and other customized ser vices to support government projects.

AS the sole technology vendor in the partnershi­p, ALE will take advantage of its capabiliti­es to reach different sectors and build smart city infrastruc­tures.

“We are proud to be part of the Alpha-3 alliance and to bring our expertise to the table. Our goal as a group is to help Filipinos adapt to digitaliza­tion,” said Kit Andal, country manager for the Philippine­s at ALE. According to Andal, their company’s digital-age networking solutions are tailored fit to support this type of digital shift.

“Through our system integratio­n and other advanced technology solutions, we hope to strengthen the alliance and enable more projects to come to fruition,” he noted.

In addition to the partnershi­p, ALE’S solutions and product offerings are geared to help the Philippine­s recover from the enduring impacts of Covid-19 pandemic. The multinatio­nal is providing reliable network, Wi-fi and communicat­ion solutions, as well as new offerings like managed Wi-fi and Smart City solutions required by government agencies and enterprise­s.
