- By Josef Ramos

CARLOS YULO will be the man to watch in the 50th Artistic Gymnastics World Championships which stake apparatus and floor exercise titles at the General Gymnasium in Kitakyushu, Japan, on Saturday. “Everybody’s afraid of him. Yulo goes for the gold medals in the floor exercise and parallel bar, both of which he topped in the qualifiers, and in the vault, where he was third, this weekend.

The 21-yearold Yulo is defending his floor

Vexercise gold in the final starting at 3:10 p.m. on Saturday and will shoot for the vault title at 3:25 p.m. and the parallel bars finals at 5 p.m. on Sunday, all Manila time. There’s no day off for Yulo.
