- BY RODERICK L. ABAD Contributor

SUPER app Grab has marked its first decade of operations in the Philippines with a series of activities and promos for its driver- and delivery-partners, merchants and consumers in the country.

Kicking off this important milestone, it recently unveiled the Grab Biga10 Wheel, which highlighted 10 stories of growth and success from its partner and merchant communities.

This was simultaneously held with a Biga10 Food District in SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. Following the success of this three-day gastronomic fair, Grab brought the food district to more cities with On The Spot Biga10 Tour.

Recognizing the contribution of its vast community of driver- and delivery-partners to its journey over the years, Ka-grab Anniversary Concert

was staged, featuring performances from music icons Aegis, Morissette Amon and more.

The no. 1 ride-hailing app, food delivery service, and cashless payment solution provider in Southeast Asia treated its Filipino users with promos.

Using code BIGA10, clients got P100 off their order in Grabfood, enjoyed free delivery in Grabmart with a bonus 500 Grabrewards points, and 25 percent off using the Grabexpress.

As a show of its continued support to local businesses, the GRABNEXT 2022 Conference gathered together micro, small and medium enterprises to get valuable insights from industry experts such as celebrity chef Jeremy Favia, Let’s Eat Pare founder Mark Vincent del Rosario, and Magbadyettayo

coanchor Tintin Babao.

During this event, merchant-partners also learned how to better scale their businesses through Grab’s suite of tools, solutions and services.

In behalf of their company, Grab Philippines Country head Grace Vera Cruz expressed their appreciation for the constant belief of Filipinos in their mission, motivating them to do their best to serve them.

“Every Filipino has played a huge role in shaping Grab to what it is today, and we will continue outserving our kababayans

the best way we know how—through our technology, platform, expertise, and our Filipino values. We have achieved great things in the past 10 years, and I believe that greater things can be accomplished if we all work together for the

common good,” she said.
