ANDREA WEDS CAMILA

The couple, while similar in many ways, are also opposites thus making for a balanced pair

When Jean Henri Lhuillier, the Honorary Consul General of the Republic of San Marino to the Philippines, introduced diplomat Andrea Marino Albani to his beautiful sister, Camila, he hardly knew he would be instrumental in getting two people together for a lifetime of love, joy and abundance.

As fate has decreed, Camila, who is in charge of marketing of Palacio de Memoria, the auction housecum-special events place owned by her family, and Andrea, an international financial consultant who also serves as a San Marino diplomat assigned to the Philippines, would click, make a good pair, and get engaged, seeing in each other the right lifetime partner.

Last 11 July, Andrea and Camilla, she in a white wedding gown by Mark Bumgarner, exchanged marriage vows, with Justice

Ramon Paul L. Hernando presiding over the civil rites at the Plaza Memoria, witnessed only by family members.

The intimate group feasted on roast beef, lasagna, vegetables, baked fish and mashed potatoes with green beans, prepared with fondness by the Lhuillier family chef. The cake was by Sweet Life by Ange.

The very much admired styling of the reception was by Lille Feast of the House of Hermosa (Gideon hermosa).

Wedding in Italy

The couple, while similar in many ways, are also opposites thus making for a balanced pair. Andrea, shares Camila, “is calm, strong and level headed and I am more impulsive and emotional so we balance each other well.”

They had earlier planned an October wedding, but with the pandemic, they decided to have the civil wedding first. Among their priorities is planning their big wedding, hopefully this May in Italy. They are also renovating their home.

Interestingly, Andrea’s second name, Marino, matches Camila’s second name, which is Marina. His mom’s second name, moreover, is Manila, such details somehow portending the connection between the two families.

We are just thinking of enjoying the next few years to start our lives, travel (when we can) and enjoy being together and having new adventures.

Andrea, we have been told, is planning to enter politics in his home country of San Marino but that is for the future. Meantime, he continues to be a San Marino diplomat while Camila will remain focused on growing Palacio de Memoria and the other enterprises under her marketing and public relations portfolio.

Co-Regent

“We are just thinking of enjoying the next few years to start our lives, travel (when we can) and enjoy being together and having new adventures. No babies on the mind, yet,” confides Camila.

Andrea, who, we hear, loves Camille very much, is described by friends as “very kind,” which is a plus factor for this gentleman, a Master in Business Administration degree holder who, in the future, may also become a co-regent like his grandfather and his aunt.

Andrea and Camila have a great future ahead of them, and we wish them all the best in their family life and future endeavors. Again, Congratulations to Andrea and Best wishes to Camila.
