Soobin and Yeonjun recall rebellious trainee days
In order to be a successful Kpop idol, one must follow the protocols of the management especially when it comes to the meals. This has been tried and tested for a lot of years.
Entertainment agencies, especially in the Kpop scene, are very strict when it comes to their artists’ diets. Sadly, the need to keep a petite or lean figure in order to look beautiful or handsome is still very prevalent within their society. This is why idols’ handle rs keep both eyes on their artists especially with their food intake.
Despite all of these, TXT members Soobin and Yeonjun managed to smuggle a few snacks here and there.
Their live broadcast on Let’s Eat Together reminded them of the scrumptious yet forbidden meal they had when they were still Big hit Entertainment trainees.
As they were eating jokbal or pig’s feet, the duo recalled how one of them( So ob in) brought the same meal for them to snack. This is a big NO since one of the rules of Big hit trainees were to manage their bodies. Another rule is that they are not allowed to eat inside the building.

Yeonjun and Soobin recalled the scenario, musingly saying ,“We were working out a lot and were not supposed to eat it. Also we were not allowed to eat in the building. you couldn’t bring food in. But no one else was in the building except the five of us. Soobin brought jokbal to the corridor. We took it (there because) there was no security camera. We ate it there. I can reveal it now because we debuted.”
Soobin and Yeonjun are part of the five-man boy band TXT (TOMORROW X TOGETHER). They recently appeared on the cover of Teen Vogue and played “song association” on Elle. The group also recently celebrated its 500th day anniversary since debut where fans (MOA) celebrated by using the hashtag #500DaysWithTXT on Twitter.
