ICTSI top gun joins Prime board

Martin O’Neil replaced Rafael ‘Joel’ Consing Jr., who was recently tapped to join the Office of the Presidenti­al Adviser on Investment and Economic Affairs

A former executive vice president and chief financial officer of global port operator Internatio­nal Container Terminal Services Inc. recently joined the Board of Directors of Prime Infra.

Martin O’Neil replaced Rafael “Joel” Consing Jr., who was recently tapped to join the Office of the Presidenti­al Adviser on Investment and Economic Affairs.

Aside from being a Director, he was also named Senior Financial Advisor to the Prime Infra management.

Prime Infra chairman Enrique Razon Jr. said O’Neil’s expertise will help the company’s expansion priorities.

“Martin brings with him a depth of expertise to help execute Prime Infra’s strategic priorities in expanding the business, focusing on solidifyin­g the company’s capital strength to maximize value for our stakeholde­rs,” Razon said.

Wealth of knowledge

Meanwhile, Prime Infra president and CEO Guillaume Lucci said: “With over 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles, Martin’s wealth of knowledge and insight will prove invaluable to the company’s finance and business operations. He is a great addition and a strong asset to the team, and we are very pleased to have him on board.”

O’Neil was ICTSI executive vice president reporting directly to chairman and president Razon from 2015 to 2018 where his responsibi­lities covered Global Corporate Finance, Controller­ship, Human Resources, and Corporate Affairs and Governance.

He was also ICTSI’s senior vice president and chief financial officer from 2003 to 2015.

Before joining the Razon Group, O’Neil was Managing Director of JP Morgan & Co from 1984 to 2000. He was also a Founding Member and Head of Telegraph Hill Communicat­ions Partners London office.

Led by chairman Razon, the Prime Infra board has five other members — Christian Gonzalez, Guillaume Lucci, Stephen Paradies, and independen­t directors Panfilo Lacson and Danilo Feliciano.
