Now open in G/F Glorietta 4, Manila’s newest health and wellness superstore, Heyday, gives shoppers access to a carefully curated selection of global and local offerings, with categories such as vitamins and supplement­s, fresh and frozen food, organic goodies, beauty items and home essentials. “Heyday is a 360-wellness company that not only carries wellness-focused products, but we are also on a mission to empower Filipinos to unlock a healthy feeling like no other,” shares Eric Poiret, co-founder and president of Heyday.

On its shelves are a selection of homegrown and internatio­nal brands and products, which embody its mission. The comprehens­ive selection features a wide array of organic and vegan brands and those that minimize impact on the environmen­t. Several produce items found throughout the store, such as fresh and frozen meats, coffee and tea, are directly sourced from local farms, adding to Heyday’s commitment to fostering a thriving community for wellness and sustainabi­lity.

“We wanted to create a brand that helps Filipinos live healthier and better lives,” adds Poiret.

Immersive experience

Shoppers are invited to touch, try and taste products before purchasing. customers can peruse through the different sections of Heyday, which include: loose-leaf tea and coffee beans from the best producers in the Philippine­s and from all over the world; Heyday exclusives VPLab and UltraVit supplement­s and vitamins that meet strict European FDA standards; exclusive vegan and cruelty-free beauty brands; farm-to-table products sourced directly from local farms; fine selection of organic wines and; curated line of home essentials.

“At Heyday, our goal is to provide a diverse range of wellness products that cater to individual needs while fostering a sense of well-being, community support, and sustainabi­lity,” shares Ryan Tan, cofounder and managing director of Heyday.

Heyday also pursues several eco-conscious and sustainabl­e practices within their store. customers are encouraged to bring not only their reusable shopping bags but also reusable containers to purchase herbs, spices, coffee and tea. These areas are equipped with refill stations to minimize plastic waste and reduce the wastage of ingredient­s.

“By curating not only the brands and products we carry, but also the shoppers’ experience from the time they enter the store until the moment they purchase their items, we can give them a unique platform for their wellness journey,” adds Tan.
