Daiichi cited for office development

- Daiichi Properties’ SVP Charmaine Uy and VP for business development Eric Manuel hold the plaque for their FiveStar Best Office Development award.

Daiichi Properties, Inc. recently bagged the coveted Five-Star Best Office Development Philippines award at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015 held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The property developer won for the World Plaza, a 27-story Grade-A office building located in Bonifacio Global City and designed by design and architectural firm Gensler.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards recognizes and rewards the finest of property, architecture and interior design in the world. It is the regional arm of the International Property Awards, considered one of the most prestigious in the global property arena.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015 received hundreds of entries from the Asia Pacific region. These entries were assessed by a judging committee composed of over 70 global property experts and chaired by three members of the UK’s House of Lords.

The highest-scoring winners from the Asia Pacific region will then compete later this year against the other winners from Europe, Africa, Canada, the USA, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Arabia to find the “World’s Best” in each category.

The World Plaza is located on 5th Avenue, just minutes away from the future home of the Philippines Stock Exchange, Shangri-La BGC, and Bonifacio High Street. The design of World Plaza utilizes a double-glazed fully unitized curtain wall and insulated highperformance glass that maximizes natural lighting for a more sustainable and healthy work environment.

Daiichi Properties has acquired, designed, and developed commercial and industrial real estate properties in the Philippines since 1992. The company is known as a developer of Grade A high-rise office towers.
