Stateland, Inc. has successfully built 32 horizontal developments since it opened in 1976. It promotes the Filipino families’ quality of life by providing affordable quality homes and well-developed communities in affordable package prices. Stateland understands that buying a home is one’s most important investment in a lifetime.

“The company is eager to provide beautiful homes and livable communities outside of Metro Manila,” Reynaldo Cometa, president, said.

The company currently has six ongoing projects such as in Cavite and Laguna, far from the bustling city lights and traffic of the metro.

The company recently ventured in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. Stateland’s newest development, named Avila Heights, offers a peaceful abode with a view of Mt. Makiling. The community offers townhouse units to young professionals, businessmen, or even newlyweds ready to start a family.

Two of its ongoing projects are in Calamba, Laguna – Gran Avila and Casa Laguerta. The projects cater to families seeking affordable quality and comfortable homes.

On the other hand, Villa San Lorenzo is a community located on a four-hectare lot in Imus, Cavite which is only a few minutes away from the District Mall at the corner of Daang Hari and Aguinaldo Highway.

Another residential project is in Dasmarinas City, Cavite. It is called Chester Place, with British-inspired landscape offering a good location near malls, schools and universities.

The company’s grandest development is in the city of Dasmarinas called Washington Place. Covering 40 hectares, it is only a few minutes away from the South Luzon Expressway. The community bears the hallmarks of modern architectural design and presents a wide variety of house models that will suit various buyers.

Washington Place marked its fifth year last Oct. 10 with the unveiling and a blessing of its new house models.

The community encourages community interaction through various upscale community features. It is equipped with a one-hectare-amenities block.

Aside from the existing covered basketball and a giant sized chess board, other amenities now under construction are outdoor basketball and tennis courts, a 4,300-sqm
