Ayala Land Premier posts strong sales in Arca South

Ayala Land Premier (ALP) reported that its Arbor Lanes project in Arca South has surpassed expectations with sales amounting to R3.9 billion in the first eight months of the year alone.

In a press briefing, ALP Managing Director Mike Jugo said they have sold 74 percent of the first three of its five luxury garden living condominiums. The first three blocks have a combined inventory value of 594 units worth R12.4 billion for the first three blocks.

Jugo said they have sold over 90 percent of the first two blocks of Arbor Lanes while the third block is more than 50 percent sold. With this, ALP is now planning to launch the fourth block by the second half next year.

“This makes Arbor Lanes Ayala Land Premier’s biggest selling project so far this year,” Jugo said noting that they were surprised by the strength in sales since they expected their Makati project to lead the pack.

Arca South is the fast-rising business and lifestyle district of Ayala Land located at the old Food Terminal, it is envisioned to be a major gateway through its direct Skyway link and the extension of the C-5 and C-6 highways.

Ayala Land has initially set R80 billion to develop the 74hectare integrated mixed-use estate. By 2019, the lifestyle mall, more residential towers, office buildings and the 265room SEDA hotel will be gracing its skyline.
