Rustan’s kicked off festivities for its 65th anniversary with the opening of an exhibit dedicated to its founders Gliceria Tantoco and Bienvenido Tantoco Sr., and the first run of the Private Label Fashion Roadshow featuring Blue Sapphire collections.
