ST. LUKE’S, PARTNERS SIGN MOA
St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC) recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) together with key government and medical institutions for the holding of the 1st Asian Patient Experience Scientific Meeting on November 16 to 17, 2017 at the Henry Sy, Sr. Auditorium of St. Luke’s Global City. The MOA was signed by representatives of St. Luke’s Medical Center (SLMC), Department of Tourism (DOT), Philippine Medical Association (PMA), Philippine Hospital Association (PHA), and the Private Hospitals Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PHAPI).
The scientific meeting, entitled Patients’ Needs First, aims to share insights and worldwide trends, which would help promote an overall great experience towards patients’ healing when it comes to their needs and expectations before, during, and after their hospital stay. As an academic medical center and a pioneer in Patient Experience in the Philippines, St. Luke’s has been consistently providing top-tier healthcare geared towards providing compassionate, anticipatory, and innovative care to its patients on top of quality medical treatment and outcomes.
