SOGETSU IKEBANA EXHIBIT SHOWCASES COLORS
The Sogetsu Ikebana Manila Branch will hold its 28th annual exhibit on October 4-6, 2017 at the Activity Center, Palm Drive, Ayala Center, Makati City with focus on colors. The members were divided into eight color groups, their arrangements are made to emphasize Red, Green, Yellow, Orange, Blue, Purple, Pink and Black/ White. The exhibit is open free to the public on October 5 and 6, during mall hours.
On October 6 at 5-7 p.m., a demonstration will be given by Manila Sogetsu Teachers at the same venue, The Activity Center, Palm Drive, Ayala Center, Makati.
The Sogetsu Ikebana School is known for its avant-garde arrangements. The theme of the exhibit is: “Anyone can do an ikebana arrangement with Anything, Anytime, and Anywhere.”
