SOGETSU IKEBANA EXHIBIT SHOWCASES COLORS

The Sogetsu Ikebana Manila Branch will hold its 28th annual exhibit on October 4-6, 2017 at the Activity Center, Palm Drive, Ayala Center, Makati City with focus on colors. The members were divided into eight color groups, their arrangemen­ts are made to emphasize Red, Green, Yellow, Orange, Blue, Purple, Pink and Black/ White. The exhibit is open free to the public on October 5 and 6, during mall hours.

On October 6 at 5-7 p.m., a demonstrat­ion will be given by Manila Sogetsu Teachers at the same venue, The Activity Center, Palm Drive, Ayala Center, Makati.

The Sogetsu Ikebana School is known for its avant-garde arrangemen­ts. The theme of the exhibit is: “Anyone can do an ikebana arrangemen­t with Anything, Anytime, and Anywhere.”
