Financial literacy
BUTUAN CITY – At least 70 senior high school and college students from various higher education institutions (HEIs), as well as workers in the informal sector, in Caraga region attended the 2017 Regional Forum on Economic and Financial Literacy at the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) Caraga Building here on Friday. Initiated by the regional office of NEDA 13, economic and finance experts from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and top NEDA-Caraga region officials discussed basic economic concepts and tips on creating and managing wealth during the forum. During the forum, participants also shared their respective Economic and Financial Literacy Week (EFLW) communication materials and news features on NEDA-Caraga’s social media accounts, using the official hashtags: #KitaMoNa #EFLW2017 and #AmBisyonNatin2040.
