Tabuena shares lead

Miguel Tabuena moved into a share of the lead with a scintillating eight-under par 64 yesterday in the third round of the $1-million Resorts World Masters at the Manila Southwoods in Carmona, Cavite. Tabuena made eight birdies and had no bogey for a 54-hole total of 15-under 201, matched by Jyoti Randhawa of India who came home with a 67. The 23-year-old Filipino was flawless off the tee and hit all but one green to seize command at the course he calls home. Namchok Tantipokhakul of Thailand shot the day’s best score – a 63 – to lead three others at 202, one shot off the pace. The others are Justin Quiban (70), Micah Lauren Shin of the United States (66) and Arnond Vongvanu of Thailand (70).
