Heavy rains expected in Mindanao due to LPA
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned of possible flash floods or landslides in the Caraga, Davao and Soccsksargen regions due to a prevailing low pressure area (LPA) east of Mindanao.
