Robin on a roll in doing good
Robin Padilla deserves praise for going the extra mile in helping rebuild Marawi.
From turning overa R-5million donation to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), to selling some of his vehicles to help fund the construction of a deep well for the victims of the conflict in Marawi City, superman, as that Charlie Puth song goes, has got nothing on him.
In a recent interview, he said his help doesn’t stop there.

He credited all the celebrities from different TV network who donated money for the cause.
Among them are Sharon Cuneta, Direk Joyce Bernal, Piolo Pascual, Vice Ganda, Teddy Corpuz and Jugs Jugueta. He also mentioned the ABSCBN Foundation.
personal advocacy na,” he said. Kasi magiging malaking problema ’yun.”
The Mindanao peace advocate and action star cleared that his passion to help has nothing to do with him being an avid supporter of President Rodrigo
Duterte.
But, yes, they asked help from the goverment. “Kaya nga tayo nagbabayad ng taxes kasi ’pag kailangan natin ng tulong
ng gobyerno kailangan tulungan niyo kami.”
He shrugged off the notion that he has hidden agenda on serving the people. Robin pointed out that his coactors wouldn’t trust him if the rumors were true. “Wala akong ugaling ganu’n. Katunayan ’yung donasyon nilang piso nakakarating 150.
Robin firmly said that rather than say bad things about other people, these bashers should focus on helping and being a productive member of the society.
Happy wife, happy life
Robin remains the epitome of a “real” man for his ways.
As husband to Mariel Rodriguez, he makes sure to show his love and affection for her every day.
In fact, this coming Valentine’s Day, he wants to celebrate it full of love. He noted, though, that expressing your feelings to your loved ones should be on daily basis.
“Ganu’n talaga kailangan nalalagpasan mo ’yung luma ng bago kasi ’pag naging routine ’yun, baduy ’yun,” he said.
He believes intimacy is an important foundation in the relationship of married couple. “Kaya nga misan kailangan mo ng Bravo para ’yung mga bagay na hindi mo nagagawa magawa mo,” he said laughing.
Note that Bravo is a male enhancement supplements in the market under the campaign “Ang bagsik mo.”
Recently, Robin and his brother Rommel renewed their contract as the celebrity endorsers of the product.
