2018 ICT Awards recognizes excellence
On March 22, 2018, the International ICT Awards, one of the most prestigious annual awards events for the country’s ICT and ITBPM industry, will recognize and celebrate outstanding companies for excellence in ICT services.
Fourteen award categories, including the two Premier Awards – Best Employer of the Year and Best Company of the Year, were open for eligible companies to compete. Awards will also be given to the Best C-Suite Team of the Year and Best Front-Line Team of the Year.
Almost a hundred nominations were received at close of nominations on January 31, 2018. An independent judging panel assessed all nominations, and selected finalists and winners in each category. The finalists and winners will be announced at the Gala dinner on March 22 at Marriott Grand Ball Room, Newport City Complex, Pasay City. The winner of a recent major beauty pageant will be announced as a special guest and assist in the presentation of awards.
The three finalists for the Best Front-Line Team have been determined by open voting on nominees posted on the ICT Awards website. The winner will be decided by participants at the Gala Night using electronic voting, following run-off presentations by the finalists.
Every year, the International ICT Awards Gala Night is a much-awaited event for a gathering of the Best of the Best in the industry. It is attended by VIP guests, business leaders, and other key industry stakeholders. As well as celebrating the most outstanding companies, entertainment at the Gala Night includes a dinner, music, selecting the BestDressed Stars of the Night, big raffle prizes including a PAL business class roundtrip to Los Angeles, and overnight stay in the Presidential Suite at the Marriott Resorts World, as well as accommodations at luxury resorts.
As in past years, Globe Business and PLDT Enterprise will be the Title Sponsors. Award Category sponsors include BDO, Colliers International, Conduent, Philippine Airlines and Santos KnightFrank.
