Upscale real estate developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. continues to expand in Aseana City and is investing R6 billion for the construction of its fifth project, Copeton Baysuites.

In a statement, Anchor Land said Copeton Baysuites will be a 16-story, three-tower ultraluxurious lifestyle condominium and a total of 696 units will be offered.

Anchor Land has been the leading residential property developer in Aseana City, recognizing the huge potential of the prime property.

The 204-hectare property is the newest entertainment capital of the Philippines with its continuously booming entertainment industry in the area.

Located in the center of Aseana, Copeton Baysuites is just across the upcoming Ayala Mall Bay Area which will open in 2019. The property is also within the vicinity of corporate offices in Aseana.

It is also located near Pagcor’s Entertainment City which hosts three high-end hotels and entertainment complexes: Solaire Resorts and Casinos, City of Dreams, and Okada Manila.

“Copeton is strategically master-planned to provide residents easy access to Aseana’s entertainment and gaming complexes, and the magnificent Manila Bay Sunset,” said Anchor Land CEO Steve Li.

He added that, “Copeton Baysuites is another innovative property development of Anchor Land which will set the new standard for luxury residential city living by the bay.”

The luxurious residential enclave will have a 20-meter lap pool at the penthouse of the West Tower, with a magnificent view of the Manila Bay. The North and South towers, on the other hand, have a 25-meter lap pool and kiddie pool on the third-level podium.

To complete the luxury experience, each tower has a deck seating area, outdoor residential lounge, and a viewing deck.

Copeton Baysuites also features high-end amenities, such as a mini-theater room, game room, children’s play area, fitness gym, and karaoke rooms.

“With Copeton Baysuites, we provide our residents highend amenities comparable with the hotels and resorts located in Aseana, giving them an upgraded lifestyle in the city and at the same time allowing them to maximize their investment,” said Li.
