Trava is the first luxurious, highend subdivision that is the flagship project of Greenfield Deluxe, Greenfield’s new upscale brand.

Envisioned for individuals and families looking for spacious green living, the 31-hectare horizontal development allots almost half of its land area to verdant, open spaces.

With green residential houses designed with top-notch materials, Trava provides unparalleled quality of living and most importantly, energyefficiency. Located at the heart of Greenfield City, its features highlight the integration of tree-lined roads, dedicated bike lanes and jogging paths, full underground utlities, and solar-powered areas in the clubhouse.

Sophisticated amenities will also complement the lifestyle of residents. There will be a tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, function rooms, a dance studio, and a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment.

On the other hand, Zadia is a new vertical community that provides the best of both worlds for those looking for a quiet, suburban lifestyle but also desire the convenience of condo living.

Low density and set in a naturerich environment, the 36,000-sqm condominium complex is a private space.

The first of the enclave’s five mid-rise buildings only rises up to 10 storeys.

The floor layout is designed with only 24 units that each has its own balcony. It comes in studio and onebedroom unit configuration.

A swimming pool area, clubhouse, an indoor basketball court, tennis court, and a gazebo decked by landscaped gardens are some of its amenities.
