Developer sets topping off for Sheridan Towers building

DMCI Homes, the country’s first Quadruple A developer, is set to top off the second building of Sheridan Towers developmen­t in Pasig this July, putting it on course for turnover in May 2020.

As of June, the 43-residentia­l level North Tower is already 46 percent complete and is poised to reach its full height this July.

The South Tower of the two-tower developmen­t in Sheridan Street, Pasig City was turned over earlier in September 2017, over a year ahead of its committed ready for occupancy (RFO) date of November 2018.

Located near the boundary of Pasig and Mandaluyon­g City, Sheridan Towers offers a sanctuary in the middle of the urban jungle with its genuine resort and country-club ambience.

Both towers are already sold out amidst big demand for residentia­l

During the event, the company unveiled its ProSolutio­ns offering, a complete range of product and services providing building solutions for applicatio­n in homes, buildings, roads and infrastruc­ture.

The line of products and services are designed to help its business partners better support the ongoing constructi­on boom in the country, which is expected to be sustained amid the health economy and the strong public investment­s in infrastruc­ture.

Holcim Philippine­s’s most important customers led by Peaksun Enterprise­s & Export Corp., MegaCem, Inc., Great Sierra Developmen­t Corp., 968 Trading and Mariano Chua cheered the company’s promise to enable its partners to be a stronger partner in building a better future for the country.

For Peaksun Enterprise­s, the Philippine­s’s largest distributo­r of bulk cement and an integral partner condo units in the area especially from young profession­als and starting families working in Makati, Mandaluyon­g, Ortigas, and BGC.

The property is accessible via EDSA and C-5 as well as the upcoming BGC–Ortigas Center Link Road which is seen to further improve the inter-city travel from Pasig.

The modern tropical-themed developmen­t occupies a land area of 11,155 sqm, offering an array of resort-inspired amenities including a basketball court, playcourt, children’s play area, entertainm­ent room, fitness gym, function hall, lap pool, leisure pool, kiddie pool and lush gardens.

The South and North Towers bear notable design made distinct by Lumiventt Technology – DMCI Homes’ pioneering design technology for highrise structures that allow natural light and airflow into the residentia­l units.

The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associatio­ns, Inc. (CREBA) recently launched its 27th annual national convention in Makati City. Slated from Oct. 17-20 in La Union, it is the biggest national gathering of stakeholde­rs in the real estate and housing industry.

CREBA is the Philippine umbrella associatio­n of the housing and real estate industry whose Five-Point of Holcim in supplying some of the country’s top real estate developers and builders, the firm commitment to supporting its customers is important given the many opportunit­ies for the constructi­on industry.

Holcim Philippine­s SVP for sales William Sumalinog thanked the company’s customers for their continued support and partnershi­p, and promised to serve them better. Agenda aim to address the at least 5.7 million housing backlog by intensifyi­ng housing production to the level of about 500,000 housing per year in the next 20 years.
