12 M allotted for Balanga BADACs

BALANGA CITY, Bataan — Meaning business in their campaign against illegal drugs, officials of this city led by Mayor Francis Anthony S. Garcia announced yesterday an allotment of 12 million for the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (BADACs). Garcia has also given the green light for the “Barangay-Based Bahay Pagbabago,” a facility for drug users seeking rehabilitation. Superintendent Byron Allatog, city police chief, said the fund is intended for Balanga’s 16 BADACs to boost the anti-illegal-drugs. (Mar T. Supnad)
