Mazda Philippines extends discounts for Mazda vehicles affected by floods

-

With the onslaught of heavy seasonal rains and the accompanying floods that have ravaged wide areas of Luzon, many Mazda car owners are now bearing the brunt of the flood-damage sustained by their vehicles. Luzon-based Mazda car owners can now breathe a sigh of relief from the repair costs of their flooded cars through a special program by Mazda Philippines that offers discounts on parts and labor. Under the Habagat Special Assistance program, authorized Mazda dealerships will extend a 10-percent discount on parts and another 10-percent discount on labor charges to owners of flood-damaged Mazda vehicles based in Luzon.

“It is during challenging times such as these that we need to come together to help each other,” shares Steven Tan, president and CEO of Mazda Philippines. “Part of Mazda’s DNA is to give back to our communities. We intend to give hope to those who have been affected by the recent flooding and incessant rains through the discounts for parts and labor we are extending. By doing so, it is our hope that Mazda owners will get their vehicles back at the soonest possible time and continue driving once again.”

The Habagat Special Assistance program covers vehicles officially sold by authorized Mazda dealerships that have been damaged by recent floods. These vehicles must be received for repair between August 11 to September 15, 2018. Vehicles that have been brought only to authorized Mazda dealerships in Luzon for flood-damage repair during this period are eligible for the discount inclusions of the program. In addition, only flood-damage repair jobs to be paid directly by the vehicle owners are covered by this offer.
