For today’s young generation of homebuyers, location is on top of their priority list.

They put a premium on living close to where they work and where they unwind with their peers. Because they have so many things on their plate, they value the time that they can save and enjoy doing and experiencing more than the usual.

More importantly, they also prefer an address that inspires them to strive for greatness. Such is the promise that Megaworld brings to these individuals with the launch of the 37-storey 18 Avenue de Triomphe, the first residential development inside its 12.4-hectare Arcovia City township in Pasig.

Homebuyers will have options for a space to call their own at 18 Avenue de Triomphe. The tower will have 576 residential units ranging from studio (up to 32.5 sqm); one-bedroom (up to 63 sqm); two-bedroom (up to 110.5 sqm); and three-bedroom (up to 154 sqm).

All units will also have their own balconies that offer views of Eastwood, Ortigas, and Fort Bonifacio cityscapes as well as the Antipolo mountains.

Packed with lifestyle amenities, the tower features its own swimming pool, children’s playground, outdoor fitness park, game and entertainment room, fitness center, event hall, outdoor lounge and a viewing deck, overlooking the various attractions of the township including the iconic Arco de Emperador.

The new project will be completed in 2023.

With the introduction of Arcovia City, Megaworld draws inspiration from its thriving townships like Eastwood City, Uptown Bonifacio, McKinley Hill, and Newport City to create communities that inspire Filipinos to chase after success

Set against the landscape along C-5 Road in Pasig City, Arcovia City is poised to rise as a haven for passionate individuals and young professionals.

Designed with the company’s livework-play concept in mind, Arcovia City will offer high-end commercial spaces via the Arco Parade, LEEDdesigned office towers, residential condominiums perfect for young achievers and growing families, and a transport hub.

“Arcovia City is all about self-made success and is designed to inspire people to embrace their ‘turn to be great.’ We envisioned it to rise as a township that offers opportunities to cultivate passions with features that encourage communities to celebrate their milestones,” said Kevin L. Tan, SVP of Megaworld.

Among the first to rise within the emerging township are a Landers Superstore, 18 Avenue De Triomphe, and three state-of-the-art office towers.

The township will also prominently feature other green elements, such as a rainwater catchment facility, a network of bicycle lanes inside the township, open parks, and wide treelined sidewalks.

The entire township will also be dotted by over 1,000 trees highlighting Megaworld’s commitment to reducing the carbon footprint of its integrated developments.

This greening feature will help provide an outdoor thermal comfort for the future residents, workers, tenants, and visitors of the township.
