Living a stress-free lifestyle in Lipa

-

Megaworld recently launched Chelsea Parkplace, the first residential development in its 35.6-hectare Capital Town in the city of San Fernando, Pampanga. It is the developer’s only township in the North.

Aside from residential developments, Capital Town will also be home to a shophouse district, malls and commercial centers, office towers, green and open parks, and a museum. Leading the launch was Eugene Em Lozano (right), FVP for sales and marketing of Megaworld Pampanga.

Keystone Lamps, represented by development manager Mikki Chua (right), was a sponsor of the PSID graduation exhibit ‘JUXTAPOSE: Espasyo at Panahon’. She is with PSID Advanced Class of 2018 Batch President Andrew Nieves.

Held last October at Rockwell’s Santolan Town Plaza in San Juan City, ‘JUXTAPOSE’ showcased 17 interiors that challenged the audience, proponents of the conservation of cultural heritage, and developers to find creative solutions in the restoration and rehabilitation of historic structures.

The exhibit was mounted in cooperation with the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA).

Lipa City in Batangas is one of the emerging residential-commercial centers in Calabarzon. The city is an ideal place to live and work with its combination of urban conveniences and rural ambience providing a unique suburban living experience for the family.

One of the best spots for a home in Lipa is Neviare, a premium address in the heart of the city. The 32-hectare master-planned subdivision being developed by Calmar Land Development Corp. caters to the upper middle market.

As a gated residence, it provides homeowners exclusivity and privacy complemented by a countryside atmosphere and scenery, including Mt. Malarayat.

Located along the National Highway in Brgy. Antipolo del Norte, Neviare is in the neighborhood of commercial centers, places of worship, hospitals and schools. Residents can do their groceries, watch movies or buy necessities at SM City Lipa and Robinson’s malls.

Neviare is close to the STAR Tollway, making travel to and from Metro Manila easier. Also, Batangas City is just 30 kilometers to the southwest via Calabarzon Expressway and STAR Tollway.

Each of its six model house designs matches the taste and lifestyle of discriminating homeowners with the unique mood it exudes from blending classic and contemporary elements. The two-storey models called Aston, Azera, Brentley, Cayenne, Clara, and Lucerne follow the spirit of modern architecture through their simplicity and spaciousness for comfort.

All homes have wide windows, one hallmark of modern architecture that helps bring in enough light and fresh air while giving an unobstructed view of the countryside. All models have at least two toilet and baths, living, dining, and kitchen areas, carports and laundry areas.

Amenities provide leisure for adults and children. The air-conditioned clubhouse is where homeowners can hold family occasions or social gatherings. Adults and children can cool down in the swimming pool. Kids can have fun in the play area. A jogging path and basketball court promote physical fitness, sports and camaraderie. Water features, gazebos, and a garden are other spots for relaxation and meditation.

While supermarkets are nearby, Neviare will have its own commercial area to make convenience just outside the doorsteps of every home.
