Megaworld recently launched Chelsea Parkplace, the first residential development in its 35.6-hectare Capital Town in the city of San Fernando, Pampanga. It is the developer’s only township in the North.

Held last October at Rockwell’s Santolan Town Plaza in San Juan City, ‘JUXTAPOSE’ showcased 17 interiors that challenged the audience, proponents of the conservation of cultural heritage, and developers to find creative solutions in the restoration and rehabilitation of historic structures.

The exhibit was mounted in cooperation with the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA).
