CDC Holdings, Inc., one of the leading real estate developers in the country, recently completed the construction and turnover of units for its newest project – the River Green Residences in Sta. Ana, Manila.

This is the company’s second property in the area, following Manila River City Residences, which was completed in 2016.

With the completion of the twotower, 30-storey development, the company has once again fulfilled its commitment to help more families realize their dream of living in their own homes. Through the River Green Residences, located along Pedro Gil Street, the developer built another dynamic community in the area.

The event was attended by unit owners from its North and South Tower, commercial tenants such as Robinsons Supermarket and BPI, members of its project team, as well as various suppliers and contractors. Fr. Eli Manlangit of the Sta. Ana Church blessed the amenities in the property.

“At the heart of one of the busiest urban areas in the metro, CDC Holdings transformed this site into one of the most attractive real estate investments you can find at this location, at this price and with this quality,” said Elsie Chua, president and CEO. “The vision that I have of providing value for money homes at a convenient location has become a reality.”

The turnover of the keys to home owners also signals that CDC is involving the community in ensuring that the quality will be properly managed and maintained, Chua added.

“River Green Residences is another testament of CDC’s philosophy of delivering beyond what we committed, and of exceeding value for money. We are grateful for everyone’s continued trust and patronage.”

Offering a relaxing retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle, the property is comprised of 770 units, ranging from spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units – all of which have balconies, except for those located at the amenities floor.

Serving as a sanctuary, each unit was designed to allow an abundance of natural light and air, and offers views of the Pasig River, the skyline of Pasig City, Makati City or Manila.

Similar to other CDC properties, it provides utmost convenience and comfort to residents by making sure that various establishments are easily accessible. For example, Robinsons Supermarket and BPI are just an elevator ride away. Residents do not need to go to a coffee shop to get work done or to study, since the property also has a study lounge.

Inside the vertical community, residents will feel like they are in a city center haven where they can just relax and recharge. Families can bond together and enjoy the resort-type amenities, including an outdoor lanai, swimming pool, and garden.

There’s also a 215-meter jogging path that promotes fitness and wellness among residents. They can also spend some recreation time with guests – the property features a function room that can accommodate a banquet for 80 people.
