Cathay Land invests B in South Forbes condo projects

- By BERNIE CAHILES-MAGKILAT

Cathay Land to invest another 11 billion in two new residential condominium projects in South Forbes Golf City on sustained real estate boom experienced in the south.

“Industrial and residential activity is on the uptrend in the south, particularly in the Metro Sta. Rosa-Silang-Tagaytay area. This makes it an opportune time to launch two of our new low-rise condominium projects both for the investor and end-user communities,” said Jeffrey Ng, president of Cathay Land.

Both Stanford Suites 3 and Fullerton Suites are located within the 500-hectare South Forbes Golf City – Cathay Land’s biggest township project to date.

South Forbes Golf City’s boutique communities are inspired by modern interpretations of classic architectural themes. These include Modern Asian homes at Bali Mansions and Nirwana Bali, Thai abodes at Phuket Mansions and Racha Mansions, serene homes at Tokyo Mansions, contemporary castles at Chateaux de Paris, and classic white beach residences at Miami.

Stanford Suites 3 is geared towards young families, retirees and investors given its prime location near Westborough Town Centre.

This up-and-coming commercial area already has Marketplace by Rustan’s and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf as anchor tenants to serve the needs of this continuously growing residential and business community.

Meanwhile, Fullerton Suites is ideal for young families, educators and businessmen since it is near the upcoming Chiang Kai Shek College near the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay main road. This renowned educational institution is set to open its Silang branch in the school year 2020-21.

The strategic location of Fullerton Suites also gives business-minded residents easy access to the Silang East interchange of the upcoming Cavite-Laguna Expressway or CALAX. With this expressway’s future connection to the Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway or CTBEX, the business and leisure spots in the south will be a short drive away.

Studio and one-bedroom units are available in both towers. Those who require bigger units have the option to combine adjacent units at the upper floors.

“Our introductory price starting at only 11.5 million for a studio unit, with a monthly amortization of about 123,000 for the first year, make both Stanford Suites 3 and Fullerton Suites an ideal investment,” said Ng.

“Given that our completed condominium projects have significantly appreciated in value over the past few years and enjoy high lease rates among the local expatriate and education community, both projects will surely get a warm reception from the market,” he added.
