New residents of Makati condo join fellowship
DMCI Homes recently celebrated the turnover of its Brio Tower development in Makati City with a fellowship and welcome dinner for residents.
Dubbed as “Home at Last,” DMCI Homes’ community socials for newly moved-in residents served as a venue for some 80 unit owner attendees to get to know their neighbors and DMCI Homes staff better as they hope to build their own community in the single-tower resort-inspired development.
Company president Alfredo Austria led DMCI Homes employees in welcoming the unit owners to the condo community located along EDSA, Guadalupe Viejo, Makati City.
Austria welcomed the attendees to their new home as he guaranteed them of a pleasurable stay in the condo community.
“There are very few condos here in Makati that are like this. (One) that has a big open space (and) a garden. We visited most of the condos here in Makati and they hardly have any space for lounging around, an open field, swimming pool, and so on,” said Austria.
“We’ve been comparing Brio Tower with so many other condos around us and we’re proud to say that I think we give the best value for your money. We’re here to always try and give you the best value for your money by enhancing the quality of the product and by keeping the prices of the product reasonable,” he continued.
During the event, unit owners had an opportunity to get acquainted with their fellow unit owners and enjoy games and good music together.
DMCI Homes Property Management Corporation (DPMC) SVP Enrico C. Wong, on the other hand, encouraged the attendees to embrace the whole development as their own home.
“As we welcome you to this place as your new home, we would like to ask you to please don’t just love your unit, love the community as well because we believe it is people who really build the community. If we love our communities, we will care for it, we will respect it, we will nurture it,” Wong said.
