Developer makes good impression in Makati project

They say first impressions are everything and DMCI Homes’ Brio Tower development in Guadalupe Viejo, Makati City has certainly made a good one on the first batch of residents who accepted their units recently.

Ma. Clara Reyes, for one, could not contain her emotions when she talked about her experience of seeing her one-bedroom unit at the single-tower resort-inspired development for the first time last November.

“When we saw the unit, it was beyond my expectations. The furnishings, countertop, shower, bedroom are all good,” Reyes shared.

“Likewise, I was so happy with the facilities and with the amenities. Just seeing the lobby, I was already impressed. The turnover staff were very friendly as well as the guards,” she continued.

Reyes, who is a dentist, has been eagerly awaiting the turnover of her unit in Brio Tower which she passes by everyday on her way to work in Mandaluyong City.

“Every morning I get to pass by Brio so I get excited every time I see the progress of the construction. I’m happy that I got my unit early,” she said of the early turnover of the project which started last October 2018, 13 months ahead of the November 2019 target occupancy schedule.

Though it was her sister, Cecille, who originally wanted to buy a unit, Reyes said she grabbed the opportunity to get one when a slot opened for a one-bedroom unit in the sold-out development.

“I live in Manila with my mom and siblings so I thought of investing. I invested here with my sister Tina Reyes-Aguas who resides in the US,” she disclosed.

With her unit, Reyes said she not only fulfilled her dream of living in the country’s financial capital but also got her wish for a laidback, resort-inspired suburban living.

“What we like about DMCI projects is the resort-inspired living, the wide open spaces and generous floor area of the units. The swimming pool is not also crowded. There is also a Sky Patio every five floors,” she related.

But along with the resort-inspired amenities, facilities and architectural design, Reyes is more than happy to have found a developer that shares her vision of building communities, being an active member of the Servants of the Lord’s Vineyard, which is a charismatic community that holds weekly prayer meetings in Don Bosco, Makati City. “That appeals to me. I feel blessed that we got a unit here. Now I have more reasons to feel blessed,” said Reyes.
