4 fugitives fall after manhunts

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- Police arrested four fugitives during separate manhunt operations in Pampanga, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija.

Operatives of Sto Tomas MPS arrested Marivic Punzalan y Yanga, the no. 4 most wanted person in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Robert Alexander R. Malig of RTC Branch 45, San Fernando City, Pampanga for Violation of RA 9165 with recommende­d bail of P300,000.00.

Operatives of Mexico Municipal Police Station armed with warrant of arrest went to Barangay. Parian, Mexico, Pampanga and arrested Freddie Rodriguez y Dizon, ranked No. 7 most wanted person of Mexico, 38, single and resident of Brgy. San Pablo, Sta. Ana, Pampanga. The warrant was issued by Judge Mary Jane B. DacaraBuen­aventura of RTC Branch 43, City of San Fernando, Pampanga for Violation of RA 10883 (Carnapping) with recommende­d bail of R300,000.00.

Edelberto Facun Sr. y Miguel, ranked No. 8 most wanted person of Gerona MPS, was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by 5th MCTC, Gerona, Tarlac for Serious Physical Injuries with recommende­d bail of P30,000.00.

Officers from Science City of Muñoz Police Station conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Poblacion South, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija which resulted in the arrest of Virgina VALDEZ y Rivera, ranked No. 10 most wanted person in Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by MTCC-Branch 2, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija for Theft with recommende­d bail of R20,000.00. Central Luzon police director Chief Supt. Joel Napoleon Coronel said Central Luzon police will keep on conducting manhunt operations to account and arrest all wanted persons in the region.
