Notte is a special series “dedicated to those who love attention to detail and meticulous finish of high quality products that are a pleasure to own and show off,” according to MotoItalia. The special editions will be made available for the Vespa Sprint (150cc version) and for Vespa GTS 300 Super (300cc version) and is based on the technical and mechanical foundation of the most recent largeframe Vespa scooters. The name, Notte, is fitting as the special editions are characterized by total black graphics.

The “night-time” style pair feature a new opaque black chassis with numerous glossy black details, including the mirrors, the ornaments of the classic “tie” on the front shield, the handlebar ends, the passenger handle and the extractable footpegs of the GTS Super Notte. The rims and muffler guard are also glossy black. Additional touches include a matching saddle for each model and the Notte logo placed on the rear of the shield.

The Vespa Sprint Notte is available with a 150 cc i-get engine. It is a single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke engine equipped with electronic injecThe tion and three-valve per cylinder distribution. i-Get engines feature improved emissions and efficiency, producing 13 PS at 7,750 rpm and 12.8 Nm at 6,500 rpm.

The Vespa GTS 300 Super Notte has a 300cc single cylinder, fourstroke, four-valve, liquid cooled, electronic injection engine capable of putting out 21 PS at 7,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 22 Nm at just 5,000 rpm. The GTS is the large frame model intended not only for use in the city but for touring as well.
